Free Standard Shipping

Shipping is included with all Lasting Flowers orders. Lasting Flowers are shipped by courier within the United States and typically arrive within 2–3 business days.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times may be affected by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Cancelling or Changing an Order

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order.

If your order has not yet been prepared or shipped, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, cancellation or changes may not be possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want you to be happy with your Lasting Flowers.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask for a photo so we can quickly review the issue and determine the appropriate replacement or refund.

Returns & Refunds

Because Lasting Flowers are real, preserved flowers, we generally do not accept returns simply because a customer changes their mind.
